The bright bands in the agarose gels contain DNA for the gene for estrogen-
related receptor stained with ethidium bromide and visualized with UV light.

Dr. Brian P. Walsh, President of Fotodyne, kindly loaned a
UV transilluminator and electrophoresis equipment for the laboratory installation.
